Rise & get LASTING weight loss results

Here’s how it goes: you want to lose weight, you want to fit into your jeans again, and you want to feel comfortable in your own skin.  You want weight loss quickly, you want to see results immediately, and you are willing to spend money.  Let me burst your bubble here by stating that there are zero quick fixes for weight loss, so ditch the latest fad diet and the belief that you can lose an aggressive amount of weight in an unrealistic amount of time.  Moving on, at this point many of you have already tried Weight Watchers, Jenny Craig, Herbal One (or at least looked into any of the above) - some attempts were successful, others were not, but at the end of the day your results were not lasting.  This is why fad diets do not work (and why the diet & weight loss industry is a multi-million dollar one): they do not TEACH you how to live a healthy lifestyle. Living a healthy lifestyle that includes regular exercise and a well balanced diet is the key to getting results and keeping the weight off!

Here are a couple of tasks for changing your lifestyle to get lasting results:

1 – Avoid fad diets (like those mentioned above)!  The weight loss industry can be confusing as it is and they continue to market new products that promise extreme weight loss in an unreasonable amount of time.  If it sounds too good to be true, it usually is.  Losing an extreme amount of weight in a short period of time is unhealthy & unsustainable.

2 – EXERCISE!  Make working out a part of your daily routine.  For best weight loss results, and for best fitness results, include BOTH cardio & weight training in your routine.  Remember that muscle is a fat burning machine and it boosts metabolism.  A good place to start are classes at your local gym or checking out social media outlets like Pinterest and/or YouTube for workouts that you can do at home.

3 – Eat well, eat clean, and eat 5-6 small meals a day!  Losing weight does not mean you need to starve yourself or eat bland chicken breast at every meal.  Start with small, attainable goals. For example, if your crutch is that you miss breakfast, your first “small step” should be to make sure you are taking the time to eat a well-balanced meal before you start your day.

Beginning your positive lifestyle changes with the above suggestions in order to enjoy lasting weight loss results is a commitment – a commitment to yourself, to being the best you can be, and to living your very best life.  There will never be a great time.  Now is the time.  Start living full of vitality and energy, for good.
